I have been providing consulting engineering services for Con Keefer for over 25 years and have been impressed by his ability to originate innovative solutions for some difficult construction problems. He always maintained his integrity to complete a project without cutting corners while still paying attention to detail to achieve a fine finished product. Because of this, when my wife and I decided to have a our retirement home built, I didn't consider any other contractor.
Under my own company Con and I have worked on 37 projects together, Most notable commercial projects are Leo Marks Jewelers and Estate Jewelers. On the residential side we renovated and added on to Harvey Tolson's personal residence. When the Tolson's house was completed you could not tell the difference between the exiting house and the new addition. That is a reflection on the attention to details that Con puts into every project. It's not often that an Architect and a Contractor not only have a long lasting relationship but also have mutual respect for each other's discipline.
